에베소서(Epheisans) 4:22-24

22 너희는 유혹의 욕심을 따라 썩어져 가는 

구습을 따르는 옛 사람을 벗어 버리고

To put off your old self, which belongs to your former manner of life 

and is corrupt through deceitful desires, 

23 오직 너희의 심령이 새롭게 되어

 and to be renewed in the spirit of your minds, 

24  하나님을 따라 의와 진리의 거룩함으로 

지으심을 받은 새 사람을 입으라

and to put on the new self, created after the likeness of God 

in true righteousness and holiness.
